Pretty standard fare from AMC this year though I was surprised to see them toss a few Universal Monsters movies in there, even if they did it early in the morning. The Halloween and Friday the 13th movies are always fun to watch, even if they’re cable versions. The real crown jewel in this schedule is the premiere of The Walking Dead, AMC’s newest series, on the 31st. Can’t wait for it! It’s a zombie action/drama that’s based on one of the best comic book series from the last 10 years and AMC doesn’t look to be holding back on the gore!
